Policies we Abide

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. 100% refund if cancelled before 10 days of scheduled arrival date.
  2. 50% refund if cancelled before 05 days of scheduled arrival date (but less than 10 days).
  3. No refund if cancelled less than 05 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  4. In case of any change in check-in date, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  5. In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
  6. In case of existing room category is downgraded, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
  7. Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  8. GST shall be charged as applicable.
  9. In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).

Note: Evoke Rambagh reserves all rights to make any changes without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions

  1. All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and shall be charged as per prevailing rates.
  2. Kids up to 6 years of age are complimentary without any extra arrangements. 
  3. In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, booking amount will not be refundable.
  4. In case of late arrival at the property, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
  5. The voucher issued in respect of the booking for Evoke Rambagh, Ayodhya is to be furnished compulsorily along with Government approved valid Photo ID proof such as Aadhar Card of each guest at the reception counter at the time of check-in; for foreign nationals, it is mandatory to furnish a valid Passport and Visa or OCI. A PAN Card will not be accepted as a valid photo ID.
  6. In case of early arrival at property, guests can pay early check-in charges if the rooms are available and if rooms are not available then they have to wait until the check-in time as prescribed.
  7. Any amendment charges with respect to changes in check-in dates would attract 10% of the total booking amount plus 18% GST. For any amendments/changes, kindly email us at booking.ayodhya@evokeexperiences.in. 
  8. Any incidental, personal and other expenses and cost of items which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.
  9. Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings/luggage. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, laptop, electronic items or photographic equipment, antiques, artifacts, work of art, precious metals and similar valuables at their own risk.
  10. All rooms are Strictly Non-smoking areas as per in-house rules.
  11. Guests have to follow the house rules and applicable laws of the land.
  12. Management reserves the right to cancel reservations without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/Visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In which case, alternative dates can be set or full refund will be given.
  13. The management takes utmost precaution to prevent incidents such as fire, short circuits or any other mis-happenings which are beyond the control. However, the management’s liability for loss of baggage due to fire, short circuit or any other mis-happening whatsoever is subject to a maximum amount of ₹30,000/- per room. All guests can opt for adequate insurance coverage through their insurance company prior to travel to Evoke Rambagh, Ayodhya.
  14. Pets are not allowed inside the property.
  15. Due to unavoidable circumstances because of COVID- 19, if we need to shut down the property by government Guidelines/rules, we would refund 100% of your accommodation charges of Evoke Rambagh, Ayodhya. We are not liable for any refund of transportation/travel expenses.
  16. If any guest is detected with COVID- 19 symptoms at the Evoke Rambagh, Ayodhya Entry Gate, we will amend the date of arrival as per availability on a complimentary basis. If there is a rate difference then the difference amount has to be paid by the guest. Our expert team will also assist the guest in the nearest hospital.
  17. If any guest is detected with COVID- 19 symptoms during his/her stay at the property then we will transfer him/her to our in-house isolation center and our In-house medical team will inspect the guests. If the guests are instructed for further isolation/ hospitalization then we will assist the guests to reach the hospital.
  18. Any dispute arising in above mentioned terms & conditions is subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only
